2009 'Old Block' Boushey Vineyard Syrah
Being part of such a young industry, it is rate to be able to try, let along work with some of the oldest vines for Syrah in Washington State. And that is the case for this wine. These vines were planted in 1994, and 2009 represents the first vintage for us working with them. We will never be able to make much of this wine, but what we do represents this top level of what we bottle at the winery. We are thrilled to be able to share a wine of this caliber with you.

2009 Lachini Vineyard Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley
From an extraordinary vineyard that is managed biodynamically (think organic on steroids paired with a little voodoo, magic and over-the-top management where only hyper-organic practices are employed). From the warmer Chehalem Mountain/Ribbon Ridge area of the Willamette Valley. This is a beautiful wine. Extremely limited.

2009 Boushey Vineyard Syrah
2009 represents the 4th vintage working with this particular block of Syrah from the Boushey Vineyard - a block that Dick Boushey calls Goldenview. We are now the only winery that is sourcing this particular acreage of three very unique syrah clones. While there are other Syrah blocks that Dick Boushey farms, they are all shared by other wineries. We are thrilled to be able to source all the Syrah from this particular site, and look forward to continuing this in the many years to follow.
Aromatics
2009 vintage is reminiscent of the 2007 bottling where the focus is the finesse and floral side of Syrah.
Palate
Bright energy and focus; finishes with an incredibly silky texture.
$38 per bottle (750 mL)

2008 Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Our 2008 Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend from three different vineyards coming off two appellations, all of which fall within the larger Columbia Valley AVA. This blend of sites allows us to tame the blazing heat of Red Mountain (Klipsun and Ciel du Cheval Vineyards)with the more even temperatures we see from the Horse Heaven Hills (Alder Ridge Vineyard).

Aromatics
Deep, bright ruby. Very primary aromas of cassis, licorice, graphite and violet.

2010 Washington Red Blend
This is a return to a wine that we really haven’t produced since 2005. But with demand and some incredible fruit, we added a bit of Red Mountain Syrah – a move that contributes to a fruit driven blend with a silky palate and enough structure to remind you that this is a Cabernet Sauvignon dominant wine.

2011 Celilo Vineyard Pinot Gris
Celilo Vineyard is a meticulously managed site rising high above the Columbia Gorge a few miles NW of Hood River, OR. It is arguably one of the greatest white grape sites in Washington with its cool climate, wonderfully mineral rich soil and high winds that move the 50" of annual rainfall off the canopy.
Aromatics
The aromatics and palate of this wine really showcase what vine age can do to a wine. Asian pear, white flowers and nectarine.
Palate
The palate is vibrant and crisp with a touch of minerals on the finish. A perfect food wine.
$20 per bottle (750 mL)

2011 Meadow White Wine
2011 is the fourth vintage of our MEADOW White Wine. This wine pulls together the best of Oregon's Willamette Valley and Washington's Columbia Gorge AVA and blends it into an incredibly fresh and delicious wine. 2011 was another cool vintage for both regions, but this is what we like to see for aromatic white varieties where a bright palate is a critical component. This dry wine is again Pinot Blanc dominant with a splash of Pinot Gris, Riesling and Gewurztraminer to give the wine incredible aromatics.

2012 Meadow Rosé
This, our first Rosé since 2002 and a first for the Meadow family of wines is a proprietary blend from Washington’s Columbia Valley. The resulting wine is dry with great spice and vibrancy – all in the spirit of our Meadow White wine, where aromatics and freshness are the focus.
The grapes were crushed and allowed to cold-soak on the skins under a blanket of CO2 for 12 hours before being gently pressed to tank where fermentation was held at 52˚F for 27 days. This long, cool fermentation helps us retain the incredible aromatics associated with these grapes.
